Ferrari Unveils CZ26 One-Off, a Bespoke SF90 Stradale for an American Client

Ferrari has unveiled the CZ26, a one-off creation developed by its Special Projects team for an American customer. The bespoke model is based on the SF90 Stradale and represents the 26th one-off project produced by Ferrari’s Special Projects division.
Redesigned Exterior
Compared with the standard SF90 Stradale, the CZ26 features a taller and more squared-off front end, more geometric body surfaces and slimmer lighting elements. The original SF90 headlights have been replaced by ultra-thin lights integrated into a full-width front grille.
At the rear, the car receives narrow taillights while retaining the central twin exhausts. Ferrari also removed the original V-shaped bumper treatment beneath the exhausts, allowing the lower body and diffuser to extend horizontally across the rear. Ferrari said the design drew some inspiration from Italian industrial design of the 1970s.
986-HP Hybrid Powertrain
Ferrari has retained the SF90 Stradale’s 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 and three electric motors. The plug-in hybrid system produces a combined 986 hp (1,000 PS).
Ferrari quotes a 0–62 mph (0–100 km/h) acceleration time of 2.5 seconds and a top speed of 204 mph (328 km/h).
Revised Cooling and Aerodynamics
Although the CZ26 retains the SF90’s underlying powertrain, Ferrari made extensive technical changes to ensure the redesigned body functions aerodynamically.
The company reworked the cooling layout, underbody, vortex generators, front air curtains, rear spoiler and diffuser. The interior remains largely unchanged, with updates including new technical fabric and glossy carbon-fiber finishes.
Ferrari has not disclosed the price paid by the American owner. Special Projects builds typically take around two years to complete, with customers involved throughout the development process, and the cost can reach well into seven figures.
