1. Scope and Roles

1.1 Scope.

This Privacy Policy explains how Limo All Over Ltd collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information through www.limoallover.com, the customer application, driver application, provider dashboards, communications, and related services (the “Platform”).

1.2 Providers.

Independent limousine companies receive information needed to evaluate and fulfill bookings. A Provider is responsible for its own handling of personal information outside Limo All Over’s instructions or Platform. Its separate privacy practices may also apply.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

  • Identity and account data, such as name, username, password hash, account role, and profile details.
  • Contact data, such as email address, telephone number, and communication preferences.
  • Booking data, such as pickup and destination, dates and times, stops, passengers, luggage, flight number, vehicle request, accessibility or assistance needs, and booking notes.
  • Provider, driver, and vehicle data, such as company identity, licenses, insurance documents, driver credentials, vehicle information, availability, and booking performance.
  • Customer-service content, such as emails, messages, complaints, refund requests, call notes, reviews, and supporting documents.
  • Payment-related data, such as transaction amount, status, limited card details or payment token supplied by Stripe, refunds, and disputes. Stripe collects full card data directly; Limo All Over does not store complete card numbers.

2.2 Location information

Customer app. With device permission, we collect precise customer location only during an active trip, from trip start until completion or cancellation. It may be collected while the app is in the background during that active trip. We use it for pickup coordination, live trip progress, estimated arrival information, safety, support, fraud prevention, and dispute review. Denying permission disables some live features but does not prevent use of an entered pickup address.

Driver app. With required device permission, we collect precise driver location while the driver selects Online/Available status, travels to a pickup, or performs a trip, including when the app is in the background. Location collection stops when the driver goes Offline, logs out, revokes permission, or removes the app. A driver who does not provide the necessary permission cannot receive or perform Platform bookings.

No location advertising or sale. We do not sell precise location information, disclose it to consumer reporting agencies, or use it to target advertising. Customers receive only trip-relevant driver location; they do not receive a driver’s complete location history.

2.3 Information collected automatically

  • Device and network information, including IP address, device type, operating system, app version, browser, language, identifiers, and approximate region.
  • Usage and diagnostic information, including screens viewed, clicks, referral source, booking flow, timestamps, crash logs, performance, and security events.
  • Cookies and similar technologies used by Limo All Over and, subject to applicable choices, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta/Facebook Pixel. See the Cookie Policy .

3. How We Use Information

  • Create accounts; process, confirm, dispatch, track, modify, complete, and support bookings.
  • Show Provider, driver, vehicle, customer, pickup, and trip information to the parties who need it to perform the booking.
  • Process payments, Provider payouts, booking fees, refunds, disputes, fraud checks, and accounting records.
  • Send confirmations, receipts, operational email, and SMS trip updates; send marketing email only with an available unsubscribe choice.
  • Maintain safety, verify Providers and drivers, investigate incidents, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and protect the Platform.
  • Analyze performance, understand usage, improve features, measure advertising, and personalize non-location-based marketing as permitted by law and your cookie choices.
  • Comply with law, respond to legal process, establish or defend claims, and meet tax, insurance, and recordkeeping duties.

4. How We Disclose Information

  • Providers and assigned drivers: booking, passenger, contact, pickup, destination, limited live location, and special service information needed to provide the trip.
  • Customers: assigned Provider, driver, vehicle, estimated arrival, and trip-relevant driver location.
  • Service providers: Stripe for payments; Amazon Web Services and hosting/technology vendors; Plesk-related administration; communications, security, analytics, advertising, and professional service providers operating under appropriate obligations.
  • Legal and safety recipients: authorities, insurers, counsel, emergency services, or affected parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect safety, prevent fraud, or establish and defend legal claims.
  • Business transactions: a buyer, investor, lender, or adviser in a proposed or completed financing, merger, reorganization, or sale, subject to confidentiality and applicable law.

No traditional sale. We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of Google Ads or Meta technologies may be treated as “targeted advertising,” “sharing,” or a “sale” under some state privacy laws even when no money changes hands. Where applicable, you may opt out through our cookie settings or Cookie Policy / Your Privacy Choices links.

5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

5.1 Tools.

We use essential technologies to run and secure the Platform. Subject to your choices and applicable law, we may use Google Analytics to understand usage and Google Ads and Meta/Facebook Pixel to measure or deliver advertising.

5.2 Choices.

Use the cookie banner or settings link to accept, reject, or change non-essential cookie choices. Browser controls may also block cookies. Where legally required and technically supported, we will process recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out for that browser or device. See the Cookie Policy .

6. Communications Choices

6.1 Operational messages.

Booking confirmations, receipts, security notices, and trip-related email or SMS are transactional. Reply STOP to stop SMS messages and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply; stopping messages may limit trip updates.

6.2 Marketing.

You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message or by contacting us. We do not send marketing text messages without any separate consent required by law. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary transactional communications.

7. Retention

7.1 General rule.

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including bookings, payments, safety, fraud prevention, customer support, legal claims, tax, insurance, and compliance obligations. Retention varies by record type and legal requirement.

7.2 Location.

Precise location is retained only for a period reasonably necessary for trip operations, safety, fraud prevention, and dispute handling, then deleted or de-identified unless a longer period is required for an active claim, legal hold, or law. We will establish and enforce a written location-retention schedule before public launch.

8. Security

8.1 Safeguards.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for the nature of the information, including encrypted connections, access controls, logging, multifactor authentication where enabled, backups, patching, firewall and cloud security measures, and secure password hashing. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

8.2 Account protection.

Use a unique password and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We will provide legally required notices if a qualifying security incident occurs.

9. Your Privacy Rights

9.1 Requests.

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to know or access personal information, correct inaccuracies, delete information, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, certain sharing or sales, or certain profiling. You may also have a right to appeal a denied request.

9.2 How to exercise.

Email Support@LimoAllOver.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may verify identity and authority before responding. An authorized agent may submit a request when permitted by law and supported by appropriate authorization. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

9.3 Appeal.

If we deny a request, reply to our decision with “Privacy Appeal” and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.

10. Children

10.1 Accounts.

The Platform is not directed to children under 13, and children may not create accounts. A booking account holder must be at least 18. If we learn that we collected a child’s personal information in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

11. United States Processing and External Links

11.1 Processing location.

The Platform is operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our contracted technology or support personnel operate, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable law.

11.2 Third parties.

Links or integrations operated by Stripe, Google, Meta, Providers, or others are governed by their own privacy notices when they act independently.

12. Changes to This Policy

12.1 Updates.

We may update this Policy to reflect operational, legal, or technical changes. We will post the updated date and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required for a material change.
