Newark Airport Expands Art Exhibits Across Its Terminals

Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) is showcasing a rotating collection of artwork from local New Jersey artists throughout the airport, offering travelers opportunities to experience contemporary art before and after TSA security.

The program is refreshed annually through an initiative led by the New Jersey State Council on the Arts, highlighting local artists and celebrating New Jersey's distinct cultural identity.

Twenty new pieces were recently installed in Terminal A, including several digital works.

Art at Terminal A

Terminal A features a curated selection of artwork that passengers can experience in person throughout the terminal, with additional exhibitions available online.

The collection is designed to provide travelers with opportunities to explore local contemporary art while moving through the terminal.

Art and Performances at Terminal C

Terminal C offers travelers additional arts and entertainment experiences, including live performances, designated selfie spots and a piano.

The piano is sponsored by Sing for Hope, a local arts program that brings musical experiences to public spaces.

Art Across Newark Airport

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, in partnership with the New Jersey State Council on the Arts and other arts organizations, continues to use EWR's public spaces to showcase local artistic talent and provide passengers with cultural experiences during their journeys.
